1. Eligibility and Qualifications

  • Valid Category A Driver’s License: Renter must possess a valid motorcycle driver’s license from their country of residence.
  • Minimum Age: Renter must be at least 21 years old.
  • Driving Experience: Renter doesn’t need riding experience.

3. Rental Fees and Deposit

  • Rental Rate: Price is 140 Gel Per day, 15% discount 5+ days.
  • Deposit: A refundable security deposit of 500 GEL is required at the time of rental. The deposit will be returned after the motorcycle is returned in satisfactory condition, subject to any deductions for damages or other charges.
  • Payment Methods: The Owner accepts payment via Cash, PayPal or Wire Transfer

4. Motorcycle Condition

  • Pre-Rental Inspection: Renter and Owner will jointly inspect the motorcycle before rental and document any existing damage. Motorcycle is given with full tank and should be returned with full tank.
  • Return Condition: The motorcycle must be returned in the same condition as received, barring normal wear and tear. Renter is liable for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.

5. Insurance

  • Owner’s Insurance: The Owner doen’t provide any insurance, renter is responsible for all risk..
  • Renter’s Insurance: The Renter is advised to obtain additional insurance coverage for personal injury and property damage.

7. Maintenance and Repairs

  • Routine Maintenance: The Owner is responsible for routine maintenance prior to rental.
  • Breakdowns: In case of a breakdown, the Renter must immediately contact the Owner for instructions. 24/7 Roadside assistance is available.
  • Unauthorized Repairs: The Renter must not make repairs without the Owner’s prior authorization.
  • Daily Check up: Renter is responsible to check fluids, tire pressures and chain condition every day before riding.

8. Accidents and Emergencies

  • Reporting: The Renter must immediately report any accidents or thefts involving the motorcycle to the Owner.

9. Liability

  • Renter’s Responsibility: The Renter is responsible for any loss, damages, fines, or penalties incurred during the rental period.

10. Late Returns

  • Late Fee: A late fee of 10 GEL per hour will be charged for late returns.
  • Extended Rental: If the Renter wishes to extend the rental, they must obtain the Owner’s approval in advance.

11. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance will receive a full refund of the deposit.
  • Cancellations made with less than 7 days’ notice will forfeit the deposit.
