Renter must be at least 18 years old, hold a valid motorcycle license, and have minimum 1 year of riding experience. 

2. VEHICLE DETAILS & PICKUP CONDITION

  • Make/Model: Hero Xpulse 200 – 200 cc petrol
  • Odometer at Pickup: _______ km
  • Renter confirms inspection of the motorcycle and notes any pre-existing damage. 

3. RENTAL PERIOD & FEES

  • Rental Period: Start 202__ at :           → End //202_ at _:
  • Daily Rate: 24 h
  • Security Deposit: 500 GEL (refundable after inspection)
  • Mileage Allowance: 300 km per day
      • Excess usage: charged at 0.15 €/km (~0.61 GEL/km).

4. DEPOSIT & FUEL

  • Deposit refunded within 3 days, minus deductions for damage, loss, excess mileage, refunds.
  • Motorcycle issued with ____(level) fuel; renter must return at same level or cover refill cost at market rate.

5. RESPONSIBILITIES & PROHIBITED USE

Renter agrees to:

  • Obey laws and ride responsibly—not under influence, not for racing, stunt, off-road, sub-rental, towing, or illegal purposes.
  • Keep motorcycle locked and keys always with them.
  • Pay all fines, tolls, penalties, and charges.

6. BREAKDOWN & ASSISTANCE

  • Optional roadside assistance available—additional fee based on travel/labor.
  • Renter must immediately report mechanical issues.

7. DAMAGE & LOSS OF USE

  • Renter is fully liable for any new damage, theft, or loss
  • Repairs under 24 h: normal damage costs apply.
  • Damages not repairable within 24 hours will incur a “Loss of Use” fee of 80% of daily rate (120 GEL) until repaired or replaced.
  • Motorcycle retrieval fee (if renter breaches terms and lessor must recover vehicle): 100 USD + $0.69/km. 

8. INSURANCE & LIABILITY

  • No insurance included unless expressly stated
  • Third-party liability, personal injuries, and stolen items not covered by lessor
  • Renter indemnifies lessor against all claims or losses arising from use. 

9. LATE RETURN & EXTENSIONS

  • 1-hour grace on return; beyond that: extra full-day rental fee (150 GEL) per commenced day.
  • Extensions require written approval and advance payment.

10. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

  • Booking Pre-Payment is not refundable. 
  • No refund for cancellations within 48 hours or early returns.

11. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

This agreement is governed by Georgian law. Disputes resolved in Tbilisi courts.
